“This is the third time I've been trying to write these comments as I am visually impaired but because Patrick was amazing I'm going to give it another shot lol Patrick is a marketing genius! He was absolutely amazing every time I spoke to him. He always took my call or called me back immediately. Because of my disability and a little up there and age he was extremely patient and did everything he could to help me. It was imperative that I sell my house as quickly as possible. I had the opportunity to purchase a place near my family. I have been living in my home for 30 plus years and the move had to be done as quickly as possible within a time frame. I sat down with Patrick and he suggested what needs to happen for me to make this move and to sell my house as quickly as possible but yet get a good market value for it. Which I did! After he had a photographer come out and take pictures, Etc the minute he posted it and it went live I had a showing that afternoon Within the next two to three days I had approximately 13 showings... on the 4th day I had 4 offers. Patrick suggested two of them for me to choos from. The one thing that Patrick impressed me with, among others. Is he would give me the "reason" why he makes the suggestions and/or guiding me to make the decisions I need to make. After making the decision to sell. The date Patrick said I would close on was the exact date that I did. Everything was in order he always advised me ahead of time before the inspections and anything else that need to happen. I closed on my house July 1st 2026 I know this is lengthy, however, I wanted to be very detailed on how Patrick handled the sale of my home. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone that is looking to sell. He is a realtor genius.
